Do the work. Earn a premium.
Skip the lowball bids and the chase for payment. OPTOPM projects are investor-funded before the first hammer swings, and trades who accept deferred pay earn 15–25% above standard rates at closing.
Premium pay at closing
Accept deferred payment and earn 15–25% above standard rates. Your full premium rate is paid from sale proceeds at closing — backed by investor capital already in the deal.
Consistent deal flow
No more chasing leads. Our pipeline of funded projects means steady work for reliable contractors who deliver quality on schedule.
Secured by real property
Every project has clear title and committed investor capital. You're not waiting on a homeowner to scrape together a payment.
Licensed. Insured. Permitted. Every time.
We protect our investors, our operators and the communities we build in by holding every trade to the same professional standard.
- Massachusetts license (CSL / HIC / trade) and general-liability insurance required; workers' comp where applicable.
- Permits are always pulled — no shortcuts.
- All work meets applicable state and federal building codes and passes inspection.
- Milestone draws are inspected before release.
How deferred premium pay works
- You bid the job at your standard rate plus the agreed premium (15–25%).
- You complete the work at agreed milestones; each milestone is inspected and signed off.
- Optional progress draws cover materials on larger scopes.
- Your full premium balance is paid from sale proceeds at closing, secured by the deal structure and investor capital.
